- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
