  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable/canola oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Additional oil for frying

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour with a small pinch of salt.
  • Combine the plant milk, water, and oil. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Slowly pour the milk, water, and oil mixture into the flour, whisking as you go. Aim for a smooth pancake batter without lumps, with a consistency similar to single cream.
