Herring Under a Fur Coat Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled potatoes, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 cup boiled carrots, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 cup beets, finely chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh white onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup herring, chopped
- Mayo, to taste( about 1 cup)
Instructions:

- Shred of finely cut carrots, beets, potatoes, onions and herring.
